1. Delivery Times
Switzerland
- Standard delivery time: 4–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, product size, and the shipping provider's workload.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed transparently before you complete your order.
Free shipping from CHF 300*
For orders with a value of CHF 300 or more, delivery within Switzerland is free of charge.
*Oversized items or items with a shipping weight of over 32 kg (including packaging) are excluded. Deviations may apply for B-stock items. The shipping weight stored in our system is decisive.
Roof tents are delivered free of charge within Switzerland.
Roof racks are delivered free of charge in most cases. Models with a shipping weight of over 32 kg are excluded in particular.

All prices include customs duties.
Different shipping costs may apply to oversized items or items with a shipping weight of over 32 kg. This applies, for example, to large winches, drawer systems, winches with steel cable, and other bulky products.
Parcel lockers can only be delivered to in exceptional cases.
3. Returns
We voluntarily grant private end consumers a 14-day right of return.
The details and conditions are set out in our Return Policy. The costs of returning the item within the 14-day return period are borne by the buyer.

5. Shipping Partners & Tracking
Shipping is carried out by established logistics partners. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation including tracking information is automatically sent by email, provided tracking is available for the relevant shipping method.
For general cargo and freight deliveries, the shipping provider may contact you by phone prior to delivery, provided a phone number was given with the order.
